Il donne la parole \u00e0 des invit\u00e9s venus d\u2019univers vari\u00e9s \u2014 collaborateurs, intervenants ext\u00e9rieurs, professionnels du soin ou de l\u2019accompagnement \u2014 pour aborder les multiples fa\u00e7ons de prendre soin de soi, dans et en dehors du cadre professionnel.<\/p><p>Le format audio permet d\u2019ouvrir des discussions sensibles, souvent absentes des \u00e9changes quotidiens dans les organisations. Il invite \u00e0 la prise de recul, \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion personnelle, \u00e0 l\u2019exploration de nouveaux \u00e9quilibres.<\/p><h3>Concevoir une identit\u00e9 adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la fonction du podcast<\/h3><p>L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er une identit\u00e9 graphique simple, lisible et accessible. Elle devait pouvoir vivre en autonomie sur les plateformes d\u2019\u00e9coute, tout en \u00e9tant coh\u00e9rente avec un cadre corporate plus large.<\/p><p>L\u2019identit\u00e9 repose sur une esth\u00e9tique douce, \u00e9pur\u00e9e, sans marqueur trop fort, pour laisser la place au contenu. Les choix graphiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9s pour \u00e9voquer la clart\u00e9, l\u2019apaisement et l\u2019ouverture, sans tomber dans des codes th\u00e9rapeutiques trop appuy\u00e9s.<\/p><h3>Un projet qui s\u2019inscrit dans une dynamique de sensibilisation<\/h3><p>Cette identit\u00e9 graphique constitue un point d\u2019ancrage pour le podcast, et plus largement pour les actions de sensibilisation autour de la sant\u00e9 mentale en entreprise. Elle facilite la reconnaissance du format, sans imposer une lecture unique. Elle accompagne un \u00e9lan de parole, sans chercher \u00e0 l\u2019orienter.<\/p><p>B\u00e2tir pour Soi pose les bases d\u2019un dialogue plus ouvert et plus sain sur les sujets li\u00e9s \u00e0 la
